Where We Ship
We currently offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, ensuring that customers in all major cities and regional areas can access our products.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg)
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated transit time: 2–3 business days
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
- We offer a flat delivery rate of R60 on all orders nationwide.
- Any promotional shipping offers or discounts will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery & Acceptance
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that accurate and complete delivery details are supplied.
- A responsible person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. All deliveries must be accepted by an individual 18 years or older.
- If no eligible person is available, the courier may retain the parcel and attempt redelivery.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 5 working days from the order date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.
Split Deliveries
- In certain cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. This may occur if items are sourced from different suppliers or are not available at the same time.
Risk & Responsibility
- All goods remain at Maison Living’s risk until they are delivered and signed for at the specified address (unless shipped directly by a supplier using their own courier).
- Once delivery has been signed for—whether via signature or PIN—you confirm that the order has been received in good condition and is complete.
- Notes such as “Unchecked” or “Not Checked” will not be accepted as valid delivery conditions.
Inspection on Delivery
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If goods are damaged in transit or if there are any missing items, you must:
- Refuse the delivery where possible, and
- Notify us immediately (or within 24 hours)
- Supporting images of the parcel and any damage are required for us to process a courier claim and arrange a replacement.
Failure to report damages or shortages within the required timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
Delivery Conditions & Limitations
- While we will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.
- Maison Living is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
- Some large or heavy items may require additional handling time, and extended delivery timeframes may apply.
Supplier Fulfilled Orders
- Certain products may be shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers. In such cases, their delivery terms and conditions may also apply.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, we will communicate with you promptly and keep you updated on your delivery status.
