Refunds Policy

At Maison Living, we are committed to processing refunds in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. This policy outlines how refunds are handled and what you can expect throughout the process.

 

Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be processed via a reversal of funds through our secure payment partners.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In certain cases, Maison Living may request your banking details to facilitate an EFT refund securely and accurately.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are initiated promptly once the original payment has been successfully received and cleared in our account, and the return has been approved.
  • Once processed, funds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside of Maison Living’s control.

Proof of Refund

  • A confirmation of refund or proof of payment reversal will be sent to your email address once the transaction has been successfully processed.
  • This serves as your official record of the refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return period.
  • Products found to be defective are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
  • Maison Living reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
  • Delivery or collection fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect.
