30-Day Return Policy (Non-Faulty Goods)
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- All returns must include the original delivery slip or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is free, and will be arranged and covered by Maison Living.
- Refunds will be processed via EFT or as a reversal through Yoco / Ozow, once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Defective Goods & Warranty
- All defective products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- In some cases, items may be referred to the manufacturer or their authorised service agents for inspection and assessment.
- Based on the outcome, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Maison Living will cover all return shipping costs related to defective items.
Return Procedure

- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will issue your refund or exchange, and send confirmation via email.

- Before logging a warranty claim, please ensure that basic checks have been completed (e.g., plugs, fuses, batteries, and correct installation).
